Yearly figures are each vendor's per-user price × headcount × 12 (or its own yearly rate) on Tradify Pro, Powered Now Professional and Joblogic Standard, whose “from £45” makes those a floor, base plans only. Powered Now excludes VAT, Tradify and Joblogic don't say, Commusoft says it's built for six or more staff, and TradePals charges no licence fee at any headcount.
Take a lot by card? Do the sums.
The software is free, and we take 3.9% of invoices paid by card through the app. £1,000 a month by card is £39, about one Tradify Pro seat.
Paid by bank transfer?
Cash and bank transfer carry no fee, so you pay nothing at all.
Card payments
Invoices paid by card through the app carry 3.9%, and cash or bank transfer carry none. Card payments cost money on any software: Stripe's published UK rate is 1.5% plus 20p.
Network jobs
A job passed through our network carries its referral cut.

Timesheets and time tracking+
Not built. If payroll runs off hours in your software, we cannot do it.
Job costing+
No cost tracked against a job, so no profit-per-job figure.
Stock control and purchase orders+
Not built. No van stock, no goods-in, no supplier orders.
Parts ordering+
A preview only: the screen says coming soon. Ordering is not built, so do not plan around it.
Repeating jobs+
Not switched on yet. If your work is mostly recurring contracts, wait for us.
Accounting+
Three integrations: Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent. Sage is not one of them.
Certificate breadth+
A form-library vendor will have forms we do not. Check our list first.
Android+
iPhone only. Android is not launched.
Importing your old data+
No importer. The next section is the manual path.
Here is what happens to your data.
There is no importer, because moving half-finished jobs between systems is how details get lost. Everything exports to CSV from its list page, so nothing is trapped.
