Prices published by each vendor on 30 July 2026. Yearly figures = per-user price × headcount × 12, or the vendor's own yearly rate where it publishes one, on Tradify Pro, Powered Now Professional and Joblogic Standard. Joblogic's Standard is “from £45”, so those are a floor. Base plans only, not the extras a vendor sells on top. Powered Now excludes VAT. Tradify and Joblogic do not say. Commusoft's site says it is designed for businesses of six or more staff.
There is a point where 3.9% costs more than a subscription.
Divide a yearly subscription by 0.039. That much app-paid invoicing and our fee matches your current bill. Above it, a subscription is cheaper.
Ten people on Tradify Pro: £4,440 ÷ 0.039 = £113,846 of app-paid invoices a year.
The fee applies only to invoices paid through the app. Bank transfer and cash carry none. Card payments cost money on any software: Stripe's published UK rate is 1.5% plus 20p.
A job passed through our network also carries its referral cut.

No cost tracked against a job, so no profit-per-job figure.

Not built. No van stock, no goods-in, no supplier orders.
Parts ordering+
A preview only. The screen says coming soon. Ordering is not built, so do not plan around it.
Repeating jobs+
Not switched on yet. If your work is mostly recurring contracts, wait for us.
Accounting+
Three integrations: Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent. Sage is not one of them.
Certificate breadth+
A form-library vendor will have forms we do not. Check our list first.
Android+
iPhone only. Android is not launched.
Importing your old data+
No importer. The next section is the manual path.

There is no importer. Moving half-finished jobs between two systems is how details get lost.
