TradePals is free to use, for the whole firm. Invoices paid by card through the app carry a 3.9% fee, shown before you send, and cash or bank transfer carries none.
Here is how the main parts work.
Say the job and the quote comes back as lines you can edit and send, and the invoice follows it with a link to pay by card. Certificates fill on site by voice or from a photo, and you review and sign before you leave.
You manage your account inside the app.
Business details, payment setup and accounting connections are all in Settings. To delete your account and its data, go to Settings, then Delete Account.
