What TradePals costs.

• TradePals is free to use. There are no subscription plans and nothing to cancel.
• You pay 3.9% only when a customer pays an invoice through the app. You see the fee and your net figure on the invoice before you send it.
• If the customer pays you in cash or by bank transfer, you mark the invoice paid and there is no fee.

Here is how the main parts work.

• Quotes: describe the work out loud on site and the quote comes back as labour and material lines you can edit, then send it to the customer by email.
• Invoices: the invoice follows the quote, and the customer gets a link to pay by card.
• Certificates: fill an EICR on site by voice or from a photo of the board, review every line, then sign it off and download the PDF before you leave.
• The network: pass on a job you cannot take, set your cut when you pass it, and earn it when the customer pays.

You manage your account inside the app.

You can update your business details, payment setup and accounting connections from Settings inside the app. To delete your account and associated data, go to Settings, then Delete Account.
