A TradePals job record: status, customer, notes, photos, quote and invoice in one place

Built to the standards you certify to.

Certificates follow the published model forms. Payments run on Stripe, so card details never reach us.

TradePals is not a certification body and is not endorsed by any scheme. These are standards we build to.

The second job starts when the van is parked.

The quote, the certificate, the invoice, the customer who has not paid. That is not the job. It decides whether the firm makes money.

£17,000

Owed to a business affected by late payment at any one moment. A balance outstanding, not a yearly loss.

Meet SPARK, your office team.

Ask in plain English. SPARK works on your records, under your staff’s permissions.

The TradePals inbox, with an email being turned into a job

The front desk.

An enquiry arrives by email. SPARK opens the job, links the thread and drafts the reply. It all lives on the job record.

The quote builder, with labour and materials as line items

The quotes desk.

Describe the work. SPARK drafts the quote, prices labour and materials as line items, and emails it. Change a number and it patches it.

The invoices list, with payment status against each job

The accounts desk.

SPARK builds the invoice from the job, emails a payment link and marks it paid when the money lands. It asks you first.

It asks before it does anything.

SPARK cannot touch your password, your account, your API keys or your Stripe bank details.

Certify on site, not at the kitchen table.

Link a certificate to its job. The customer, address and results come with it.

The AI reads your photos, drafts the observations with C1, C2, C3 or FI codes, and fills the Schedule of Test Results. You review every line before you sign.

The phone does the site, the desk does the firm.

The app runs on the phone, the Control Center in any browser. One product, one set of records.

Paid in cash or by bank transfer? Mark it paid and we take nothing.

This is what we believe.

Your data is yours.

Everything exports to a spreadsheet. Certificates download as PDFs with your logo. Nothing to unpick if you leave.

Your staff see only what they should.

Money you hide is never read out of the database, so it never reaches their screen.

Electricians tell it better than we do.

Does voice work on site?+

Describe the work and the AI drafts the quote or fills the certificate. You check every line before it is sent or signed. Too loud? Type it instead.

Does it handle recurring jobs?+

Not yet. You can duplicate a job and put repeat visits in the diary. There is no automatic recurrence.

Can I order materials through it?+

Not yet. The Parts page is a preview with placeholder data. Nothing is orderable today.

Put one job through it and see.

Open a job, speak the quote, send it. It costs nothing.
